What Is Salamba Bhujangasana?
Salamba Bhujangasana is a beginner's yoga pose. It also acts as an excellent warm pose. This opens your shoulder and chest area and extends the spine. This is a great way to reduce stress and stimulate your abdominal organs.
This mudra or asana prepares the body for a deep spine. It is a type of cobra pose that lowers the body.
